His love for the sport goes beyond guiding—he is also the founder of Shredders Nepal, a proudly Nepali mountain bike apparel brand that reflects his commitment to quality, style, and the local riding culture. Arun embodies the perfect balance of skill, soul, and mountain spirit.

Rajesh “RJ Ripper” Magar is Nepal’s breakout mountain biker—an explosive rider and grounded leader whose story runs from Kathmandu’s alleys to the Himalaya’s biggest trails. A multiple-time Nepali Downhill Champion and National Geographic’s 2018 Adventurer of the Year, he turned a self-built “Franken-bike” into early podiums and a professional career. His rise hit screens in Joey Schusler’s short film RJ Ripper, introducing global audiences to his speed and style. Today he races enduro, guides visiting riders, and mentors the next generation—bringing contagious stoke and calm, professional judgment to serious terrain. On and off the bike, he pairs world-class skill with humility.

Mandil Pradhan is a Nepal-based mountain bike leader, explorer, and pioneer known for opening routes across the high Himalaya. Since 2008 he has linked remote footpaths into rideable lines and built multi-day itineraries in Mustang and beyond, then safely led riders there with calm, expedition-tested judgment. He founded Himalayan Rides and has guided for international outfitters, championing responsible access and local partnerships. His work appears in films and features, and he has raced events like Megavalanche, the Enduro World Series, and Crankworx. Above all, he’s the person riders trust to open big mountains the right way—thoughtful, prepared, and quietly relentless.
